i am getting my braces off in a few days. what are some little things i can do to be sure that my teeth will look good and not have white spots? i know like dont drink soda or anything but what else??

You can get the whitening after you get them off to make sure. Otherwise you should have made sure that you brushed the whole time that they were on. I had my braces for four years, and because I brushed so well I don't have any white spots ( I still did the whitening kit after wards, but I didn't need it for white spots or anything)

Reply:brush ur teeth after every meal and drink lot of water and stay away from sugar
