Braces??????

I need braces because I have a gap in my teeth we even went to the orthodontist, the orthodontist say they are not to bad but i am really not happy with my teeth, my parents said i can't get them because they are to exppensive I am to young to get a job and I really don't want to tell my parents how I fell because I am super shy .. what should I do?

first of all, i would tell your parents


if they still say no to braces, then ask your orthodontist about getting your gap filled other ways- there are many ways that you can get them filled that are very inexpensive compared to braces


for example, i was born without any tooth enamel so my teeth chip very easily


once i went to the orthodontist and they found a whole bunch of chips that i didn't notice, but they were very visible (half of one of my teeth was missing)


so, they just used a special gel and filled it in, and now you cannot tell that part of my tooth is not real


it's pretty cool what they can do now

i mean if the gap bothers you that much then maybe they can help you out. I got em and my teeth were not that bad but i really wanted perfect teeth
Reply:tell yo parents how you feel in dont be shy because if you need braces than you should have them.
Reply:If you can't pay for them yourself, then you are going to have to tell your parents. Maybe they will understand and if you are super shy and they hear you say something, then maybe they will want to help you do what you really want to do.
Reply:If you really feel that you should get braces, then tell your parents how you feel. If you do end up getting them, it's WAY better to get them as soon as possible. The older you get, the more painful they are. If you don't want to talk to your parents, talk to a friend, maybe they can help you...work up the courage...I guess would be the way you would put it.
