Reply:it depends.. if your talking the little thin ones around the smart clip brackets: yellow looks like you have food in your mouth and red looks like blood.. remember when they put them on they stretch, so the color appears lighter than when you actually see it. if you're talking about powerchains, i don't think there is a wrong one there.

Reply:dont get yellow or light colors because these will make ur teeth look off colored... if they are already off colored.. get like a navy blue or dark or bright colors which will make your teeth look white. :)

Reply:for god's sake get silver. the colored rubber bands look ridiculous and the clear ones turn yellowish after a week or so. the silver match your braces the best, ask the dental assistants, they'll tell ya!
