Sometimes we have to pay in terms of patience in order to achieve something as beautiful as straight teeth. I think we r lucky these days braces come in different colours which make it fun to wear. And if u notice a bigger percentage of people especially teenagers wear them more now than ever b4. So its kinda an in-thing now. Dont b concious about them and people wont even notice them. Besides its just a matter of time b4 ur free again without them only this time with BEAUTIFUL STRAIGHT TEETH.
Reply:had them, hated them. i can already see my teeth moving back to where they were, after i even wear my retainers! its a hoax.
Reply:I had them...they really suck, but they're worth it to get straight teeth. But when you get you braces off wear the retainer so you wont get it lost and don't wrap it in anything because they get thrown out so easily.
Reply:I had them from 5th grade to 6th grade....my teeth were jacked up! I had to get a pallet thingy on the roof of my mouth that widened it whenever you inserted a key. It hurt like a MOFO! I was so glad to get that thing off...i also had wire springs around my bottom jaw to pull it back. I wouldnt get them again, although im supposed to. my teeth are "perfect" as a lot of people say, except one tooth kinda moved around cuz i lost my retainers like 5 or 6 years ago.
Reply:no i would never get braces because my teeth are naturally straight. i have never had braced either. the only time that you would ever have to get them again is if you get them on too early and you are still in growing, and your teeth start to move, or you dont wear your retainor long enough. and yes everyone loves straight teet even if you have braces for a bit, uneven teeth are inattractive most of the time. but even if you have straight teeth, keep them clean so they are not yellow, becuse even though they are straight that is still unattractive when they are yellow

Reply:It is worth it. Little imperfections are okay but when you have one too many of those little imperfections in your teeth braces go a long way. I had them and got them off about a month ago. I hated them but they weren't TERRIBLE like some people make them out to be. Anything being attached to your teeth and being tightened is going to be irritating of course. Once I got them off though it was a relief. My teeth look so nice now and there are little things you notice because no one's teeth can be completely perfect but the problems were fixed and they look MUCh better than they did and than they would have if I hadn't gotten them. It's soooo nice to be able to eat more carelessly and it's nice knowing I won't have food stuck so obviously in my braces lol. I do loathe my retainers. Again, plastic being pushed onto your teeth would equal annoying but they're okay since I know I have to wear them to keep the nice teeth. It's so weird brushing your teeth too cause you get used to brushing up on top of the braces and uder them and all that and then when you have none you find yourself still doing that and theres no where to brush on top of lol. All in all I had a good experience with them and if my teeth went back to being crooked, I would probably go with invisalign now since it would only be a little work although those probably hurt just as much and i know i dont have discipline to wear them so if i had to, the metal braces wouldnt be so life-damaging butttt i'm not volunteering for any of that again if i can help it! good luck with them though, they'll be off before you know it! :D
Reply:i have them, and i will not get them again, of course. if my teeth are just the slightest crooked, i wouldn't get them. but i have to fix my overbite. though if four teeth were pulled out, my overbite would totally be fixed. and maek sure you can cleam your teeth...or it gets nasty. the three things i hate about braces are...





food gets stuck


it hurts at first


and you get canker sores. LOTS of canker sores
Reply:oh yeah i have them right now. i have that chain thing on the bottom- it kinda hurt at first. just another year and i get them off though cuz i just got them in january. everyone was just like why the hek did u get braces cuz u have straight teeth and i was just like i really don't know. lol but hopefully my already straight teeth will look straighter. lol

ive never had to wear them.if my teeth were jacked up sure id get them.but they are ugly.

i absoulty love braces it the greastest invintioin in the world sure i cant eat some things i want and they hurt but it pays off in the long run and i am very gratful that i can afford them.
Reply:i had them for a long time and finally got them off. its pain to deal with it but its worth it in the end. everyone who knows me with braces compliment my teeth. just wait... least you don't have to wait for so long as i. i had to wait for 3 years.

my teeth are perfect, and straight and I've been asked if I have had braces, and when people hear that I haven't they don't believe me! lol








I'm sooooo happy I don't need them!

Reply:I never got them cause the doctor said I don't need them... But yeah, I would wear it... And it's not as ugly as everyone makes it seem, I mean my first crush had braces... Lol.
