can i have ceramic braces and have light blue bands on or do they have to be clear?

You can have any color bands on ceramic braces that you want.





Of course, if you choose a color instead of clear, they will show more.





Also be aware that several foods stain the clear or light colored bands, such as curry, mustard, red wine, and lots of tea and coffee. The stains do not come off. It is not your braces that stain, but the rubber bands, which are changed at your regular adjustment appointment.
