i will get my braces tomorrow im ten and i want to know if it really hurts bad im scared and what kinds of food i cant eat?

its alrite, they arent too bad. Your orthodontist will cover all your eating requirements. Trust me if you follow his /her instructions (no matter the pain) then you will get them off quicker and have nicer looking teeth.
Reply:it hurts for me , just eat soft foods or drink soups;)
Reply:depends it might hurt for me it was very painful i couldn't eat nothign for a week i lost 16 pounds. but u should be ok don't worry about it. and no real sticky stuff or real hard stuff u should get a list from the ortho.
